Some kind of New Years resolution

I love writing and always loved to express my self in words, but somehow I lost it and overthought about everything I was writing here and in the end, it just wasn’t my voice anymore. I think it’s easy to try to make things so perfect that instead, they lose all their sense or realness in a way.

Well, this is me taking back my voice, sharing from now on maybe less perfect pictures, text with grammar faults and spelling mistake but 100% me.

This is me in an outfit on New Year’s Eve, my ultimate uniform, a look that I feel so comfortable and so “Me” in, oversized blazer, denim and a tee.

Happy new year!

Levi’s Redone – My new old favorite jeans

Buying a pair of jeans that has holes in but still cost as much (if not more) as a pair of high-end brand jeans, well that is something my dad would never understand. I admit, it is a bit crazy when you think about it, but you are also buying a piece that is truly unique and carries history in a way. And the best thing is that once you find a pair that truly sits well, you kind of can't settle for less when it comes to jeans.

My levis Redone has the perfect light wash, the perfect high waist and just enough amount of holes!

“Game over, you lose” Ganni t-shirt and shoes from Next

gameoverGame over, you lose. Yep that is exactly what my tee is saying, and I am loving it. And what about my shoes from Next? (Thank you again Next!) They really are the perfect everyday shoe and can spice up any outfit, and on top of that they are very comfortable as well. That's all for this Monday, later skaters!

the classy issue

theclassyissue2theclassyissue3I am very much a t-shirt jeans kinda girl, it may sound easier than it is because let me tell you; to find the perfect tee and denim is a mission in itself. It has to be PERFECT in order for me to buy it.

One thing that I am constantly searching for is the prefect long sleeve tee, you know those days when it's to warm for a knit and to cold for a short sleeve tee. When I say long-sleeve I really mean long. I want the sleeve to almost bee ridiculously long for me to either fold them up or creese them.

Well the search is over, they have been found. Let me introduce you the brand The Classy Issue, where my new long-sleeve tee comes from. Definitely my new favorite for a Londoner as myself where the weather is very unpredictable. It's the perfect not to warm not to cold tee, and it looks pretty good and clean as well with the simle logo on the front, just the way I like it. Thumbs up for this one!

Check out the The Classy Shop where they also stock a few other brands!

prima ballerina

ballerinaSometimes I happend to think about a piece or a model in either clothes, bags or  shoes that I would like to own, and in that same moment I also sometimes say to my self out load -But wait don't I already have that? This is exactly what happend this other day when I thought to myself that I wanted a pair of leather ballerinas.

Now you might think, that I have a really huge closet in order to not know what's in it, but this is not the case. Since moving in between apartments while living three years in Paris and finally doing a major move here to London, bringing everything by myself on eurostar (never doing that again) resulted i a few "selling of stuff at flee markets". So to make a long story short, I don't always know  if 1. I sold it 2. Threw it away or 3. Left it somewhre in an appartment in Paris. Luckily I relised after going throw all my shoes that I keept this beauties! ballerinablwh

The best thing about them is that  they are foldable so you can easyly  bring them in your handbag and put them on when your heels start hurting too much.
